packaging

free standard shipping is available on orders of $100.00 or more.

please note that the order subtotal after discounts or promotional codes must still meet the $100.00 threshold to qualify.

risk of loss

risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier. however, we will assist in reviewing and resolving delivery issues caused by carrier delays or other uncontrollable factors in line with our policies.

additional packaging & insurance
